Job Summary
Counselor position at Leona Group Schools focusing on emotional/social support to students within Mesa, AZ campuses. Responsibilities include implementing an ASCA-aligned school counseling program across academic, college/career, and social-emotional domains; conducting individual and group counseling; developing and monitoring treatment plans; maintaining confidential student records; coordinating with parents/guardians, school leaders, and community resources; providing staff training on conflict prevention and intervention; delivering school counseling curriculum and family education; and collaborating with school professionals and external agencies.
