Job Summary
Monitor clients in a safe environment by performing and documenting safety rounds, including ADL monitoring and coaching on life skills, communication, and community integration. Facilitate structured activities aligned with individual treatment goals while maintaining program space cleanliness. Safeguard Protected Health Information through documentation, scanning, and uploading records into the Electronic Medical Record system, as well as managing requests for client or medical records. Demonstrate culturally competent respect for clients, guests, and staff through verbal and non-verbal behaviors. This part-time role requires a 16-hour weekly schedule from Saturday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. New hires must complete a one-week orientation. The CoEd Substance Use Disorder program offers a holistic approach to treating adults with substance use or co-occurring disorders through medication-assisted treatment and therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work a Part Time schedule (16 hours per week) Sat-Sun 7A-3:30P
- All new hires are required to attend a one-week ReDiscover orientation as part of the onboarding process
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Missouri Class E automobile operator's license (or equivalent license in another state)
- Must carry all appropriate insurance on the vehicle being driven, necessary to comply with Missouri or Kansas State Law
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders preferred
