Job Summary
Monitor clients in a safe environment by performing and documenting safety rounds, including ADL monitoring and coaching on life skills, communication, and community integration. Facilitate structured activities aligned with individual goals and treatment plans while maintaining program space cleanliness. Safeguard Protected Health Information by providing written documentation, scanning records into the EMR system, and managing client information requests. Demonstrate culturally competent respect for all clients, guests, and staff through verbal and non-verbal behaviors. This role supports the Transitional Living Program's mission to help young adults navigate independent living within the community through intensive daily support and case management.
Required Qualifications
- Full Time schedule (40 hours per week)
- Mon-Fri 2P-10:30P
- one-week ReDiscover orientation
- High School Diploma or GED
- valid Missouri Class E automobile operator's license (or equivalent license in another state)
- Must carry all appropriate insurance on the vehicle being driven, necessary to comply with Missouri or Kansas State Law
