Job Summary
Monitor clients in a safe environment by performing and documenting safety rounds, including ADL monitoring and coaching on life skills, communication, and community integration. Facilitate structured activities aligned with individual treatment goals while demonstrating culturally competent respect for all clients, guests, and staff. Maintain program space cleanliness and safeguard Protected Health Information by managing written and electronic records, including scanning, uploading to the EMR system, and requesting or releasing client information. Requires a valid Missouri Class E driver's license, full-time availability Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to midnight, and completion of a one-week orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work a full-time schedule (40-hours per week) Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to Midnight
- All new hires are required to attend a one-week ReDiscover orientation as part of the onboarding process
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Missouri Class E automobile operator's license (or equivalent license in another state)
- Must carry all appropriate insurance on the vehicle being driven, necessary to comply with Missouri or Kansas State Law
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders preferred
