Counselor Supervisor- Salem NH

Provide clinical supervision to counselors pursuing licensure and other staff as permitted by state regulations. Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes. Support counselors in case consultations, treatment planning, and clinical decision making while conducting individual and group supervision sessions. Assist with onboarding, training, and professional development of counseling staff. Participate in quality assurance activities and chart reviews. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and support compliance with state licensing standards, accreditation requirements, and company policies. Maintain a small caseload of counseling services as needed.
