Counselor Supervisor

Supervise counselors and interns delivering treatment and casework services while ensuring timely documentation and identifying patient needs. Manage related expenditures, assign and amend caseloads, and screen potential patients for eligibility. Conduct quality assurance file reviews, countersign assessments for interns, and facilitate performance improvement discussions and evaluations. Assist with new hire training, interviews, and program development activities while monitoring attendance and completing incident reports. Provide guidance on licensure and ensure completion of annual trainings. Communicate clinic, employee, and patient concerns to leadership and travel as necessary.
