Counselor Supervisor

Direct and supervise all intake operations, including reviewing assessments for quality and conducting employment interviews. Provide direct supervision to clinicians and manage counseling staff through performance improvement discussions, documentation follow-up, and in-service training. Ensure timely documentation of patient services, identify physical and psychological needs, and manage related expenditures within the budget. Guide counselors in obtaining licensure and certification while maintaining compliance with all laws and BayMark policies.
