Job Summary
Supervise counselors and interns delivering treatment and casework services while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and BayMark policies. Assign and amend counselor caseloads, manage related expenditures within the budget, and maintain a partial counseling caseload. Provide direct supervision through meetings, in-service training, and literature reviews; countersign assessments and treatment plans for quality and accuracy. Facilitate performance improvement discussions, documentation follow-up, and guidance for staff obtaining licensure or certification. Identify physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs for assigned patients. Ensure timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold an LCSW, LPC, CAS, or LAC in the state of Colorado
- Must have previous experience working with chemically dependent individual
- Must demonstrate a position, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population
Desired Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus
- Ideal candidate will be personable, adaptable & coachable
- Have the ability to identify with patients' struggle
