Job Summary
Develop patient treatment plans, conduct continued stay reviews, and provide patient intakes including biopsychosocial assessments. Deliver direct clinical services through individual and group counseling sessions to assist patients in overcoming dependencies and adjusting to life changes. Maintain at least 51% of work time in face-to-face contacts while achieving a minimum of 20 billable hours weekly. Review and evaluate patient progress against measurable goals described in care plans. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM in a drug-free environment. Requires IAODAPCA Certified Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselor (CADC) certification and DCFS clearance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- IAODAPCA Certified Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselor (CADC)
- DCFS clearance
- Drug Free Environment (including THC and/or CBD) compliance
