Job Summary
Conduct individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions as outlined in Treatment Plans while utilizing outcome measures to base treatment plans and interventions on continual assessment. Maintain electronic and paper clinical files, complete clinical documentation within established time frames, and participate in weekly supervision and staffings for assigned case loads. Collaborate with the team to create and update client-centered Treatment Plans, link families with specific services and resources, and address court-related issues. Achieve certification for specific treatment models and attend all required training and orientation. Serve as a liaison with other professionals and agencies, with on-call availability as directed by the Clinical Director.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a Human Service discipline from four-year accredited college or university
- Experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic treatment environment
- Experience in compliance with State or contractual requirements
- Bi-lingual English-Spanish
- Ability to attend all Camelot training
- Ability to complete all new employee orientation topics within the first quarter of employment
- Ability to demonstrate competency in all initial and ongoing training topics
- Ability to achieve certification according to program timelines
- Ability to adhere to all requirements of the treatment model
- Ability to demonstrate competency in therapeutic skills
- Ability to utilize evidence-based or best practice approaches
- Ability to utilize outcome measures and other reports
- Ability to review initial and quarterly measures and reports
- Ability to base treatment plans and interventions on issues identified through continual assessment
- Ability to maintain electronic and paper clinical files according to company policy and applicable regulations
- Ability to complete clinical documentation within established time frames
- Ability to attend and actively participate in weekly supervision
- Ability to work with team to create and update all client and family centered Treatment Plans
- Ability to assure that all plans meet Camelot policies, state and federal law/rules, funding requirements and COA standards
- Ability to provide individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions as outlined in the Treatment Plan
- Ability to participate in permanency planning activities
- Ability to participate in discharge planning
- Ability to participate in staffings for children assigned on case load
- Ability to participate in court-related issues for the case load
- Ability to link the child and family with specific services and resources
- Ability to serve as liaison with other professionals and agencies
- Ability to be on-call as directed by Clinical Director and program requirements
- Ability to discuss with supervisor any over or under utilization of services in regards to outcome monitoring
- Ability to pass screening through the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse
- Ability to be in a drug free workplace
Desired Qualifications
