Job Summary
Provide individual client and group therapy as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team; conduct initial assessments, establish treatment goals, develop and lead treatment plans with medical and nursing staff, document clinical progress, provide psycho-education groups, support crisis intervention and de-escalation, participate in community outreach and promote strong customer service, and contribute to quality improvement and staff collaboration within Washburn House.
Required Qualifications
