Job Summary
Complete patient intakes, facilitate group counseling sessions, and provide orientation on program objectives, rules, and patient rights. Assure each patient is assessed and placed according to treatment phases while documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with federal and state standards. Counsel patients in crisis situations, address noncompliance, arrange community referrals, and collect drug screenings following proper chain of custody. Participate in case conferences, perform treatment plan reviews, and submit monthly statistical reports to the supervisor. Schedule includes M-F 5:30a-2p with rotating Saturdays 6a-9a; onsite at Georgetown, OH office. Requires active OH CDCA or higher licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Active OH CDCA or other OH counseling license
- GED/High School diploma or higher
- CDCA or higher certification in Ohio
- Licensed Social Worker or higher licensure in OH
- Licensed Professional Counselor or higher licensure in OH
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or higher licensure in OH
- Associate degree or higher
- LCDC II
- LCDC III
- LMFT
- LPC
- LSW (dependently licensed)
- Master's degree or higher
- Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT)
- Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC)
- Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) (independently licensed)
- Onsite at our Georgetown, OH office
- M-F 5:30a-2p and rotating Saturdays 6a-9a
