Counselor

Counselor provides individual and group counseling using evidence-based practices; collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans; monitors patient progress and adjusts interventions as needed; develops discharge/continuum of care plans to ensure movement to appropriate levels of care; maintains patient caseload with case management and utilization review updates, treatment planning duties, and clinical charting; other duties as assigned. Salary ranges from $18-$32/hour based on licensure and experience, with full-time schedule 5:15a-1:45p at Pinnacle Treatment Centers. Qualifications include HS diploma/GED, Counselor Intern or various licensure levels (CADC, LAC, LSW, Tiered licensure paths to LCSW/LCADC/LPC); continuing education and career-pathing programs are available.
