Job Summary
Counselor responsible for maintaining a caseload of ~25 students, presenting at campus Pre-service trainings, conducting admission screenings for new students, completing weekly case notes, upholding therapeutic boundaries, and supporting department needs. Role requires coordinating counseling services for Mooseheart children, with emphasis on student advocacy through attending staffings, medication reviews, and consultations with residential living staff. Requires a master's degree in social work or related field, a bachelor's degree in social work/psychology/counseling, and at least 2 years of clinical experience; professional license is preferred. Must pass background and psychological evaluation. Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to work independently are essential.
