Job Summary
Counselor for the NRC Employee Assistance Program delivering confidential remote counseling services to NRC employees; provide assessment, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up, conduct intake with signed Statement of Understanding, maintain case notes with confidentiality, respond to 24/7 emergency counseling needs, and serve diverse NRC regions via remote/virtual delivery. Qualifications include a Master’s in clinical mental health and an active state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist), with competence in substance abuse assessment and experience in workplace behavioral health.
