Job Summary
Provide therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents, and families as assigned by a designated QMHP or Clinical Supervisor within the Crisis Receiving Center. Deliver observation and stabilization care in a safe, dry, warm space for up to 23 hours. Operate during overnight shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Maintain current auto insurance and valid driver's license to meet agency standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social services field
- QMHA required certification or registration with MHACBO
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to meet agency's insurance standards
- MVR check
- Authorization to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- History of working cooperatively in a team setting
- At least two years relevant work experience
- Knowledge of human behavior
- Knowledge of individuals diagnosed with mental illness/addiction issues
- Knowledge of rehabilitation and recovery theories/practice
- Abilities in skills training and psych-educational groups/classes
- Implementing evidence-based practices
- Abilities to interact as a member of an interdisciplinary team
- Complete required documentation
