Job Summary
The Counselor I provides therapeutic services as part of an integrated care team to adults, children, adolescents and families as assigned across programs (ACT, Crisis, Intensive Services, Outpatient, Jail Diversion, Wrap, Residential or Detox). Requires a bachelor’s degree in a social services field (or combination of education/experience qualifying as QMHA) and involves duties across multiple program areas with supervision provided by a QMHP or Clinical Supervisor. Strong emphasis on collaboration, diverse caseload, and ongoing professional development; position is in an office setting with a Tuesday–Saturday 3:00pm–11:30pm shift and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social services field or QMHA qualification
- History of working cooperatively in a team setting
- QMHA certification or MHACBO registration required for Oregon positions
