Job Summary

Facilitate day-to-day operations for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team by coordinating schedules, supporting staff in office and field settings, and serving as a liaison for client walk-ins and calls. Provide comprehensive, community-based behavioral health services to individuals with serious mental illness through skills training, crisis intervention, assessment, care coordination, and ongoing support in their natural environments. Actively engage participants in treatment, support medication adherence, assist with resource linkage, and help develop coping and community integration skills. Participate in treatment planning, multidisciplinary team meetings, and outreach efforts to ensure services remain person-centered and recovery focused.

Required Qualifications

  • QMHA certification or registration with MHACBO
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university
  • Three years of full-time professional experience working in the mental health related field
  • Authorization to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
  • Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm shift availability
