Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans identifying needs and strengths. Build effective therapeutic relationships with diverse patients using evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and MI. Attend weekly one-on-ones with supervisors and team meetings to discuss case presentations. Collaborate with psychiatrists, care coordinators, and families to expand patient support networks. Solve practical obstacles creatively to increase whole-body wellness. Participate in state-of-the-art trainings via our learning management system to maintain clinical competency.
Required Qualifications
- CASAC-T (Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor) Certification or higher
- Bachelor's Degree
- Completed Master's degree in a program that will grant licensure in the state of New York
- internship/clinical experience
- available at least 2 evenings per week
