Counselor (Full-time & Part-time)

Counselor role supporting telehealth and in-person behavioral health sessions for individuals, couples, and families. Licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPC with the ability to provide either telehealth or in-person sessions; organization handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support. Providers have schedule autonomy, support for measuring outcomes, and access to case consultations, CEU courses, and ongoing clinical learning. Responsibilities include engaging clients around clinical measures during visits, reviewing results, and integrating measurement-informed approaches to care. Office space is self-arranged for in-person care, with telehealth options available; the organization emphasizes quality standards, seamless administrative support, and nationwide provider collaboration.
