Counselor (Full-time & Part-time)

Counselor providing telehealth and in-person therapy to individuals, couples, and families across a nationwide network. Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC with scheduling autonomy; provider handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support through the organization, enabling focus on clinical work. Roles support both telehealth and in-person sessions (providers arrange their own office space if offering in-person care). Emphasis on adhering to shared quality standards, engaging clients around clinical measures during visits, and using a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes and strengthen impact. Opportunities include ongoing case consultations, access to CEU podcasts and clinical learning resources, and collaboration with a large, nationwide provider community.
