Counselor (Full-time & Part-time)

Counselor (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) providing telehealth or in-person behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families. The role supports a nationwide network and involves managing credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and technical support so clinicians can focus on clinical work. Emphasis on a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes, with tools and guidance to maintain quality care. Providers can schedule sessions autonomously within a flexible framework; telehealth and in-person sessions are supported, with clinicians arranging their own office space for in-person care. The position offers full- and part-time engagement and requires licensure in LMFT, LCSW, or LPC. Locations include Columbus, OH, with the option to operate in a hybrid arrangement across telehealth and on-site care.
