Counselor (Full-time & Part-time)

Counselor position offering both full-time and part-time roles with telehealth and in-person sessions. As a Rula therapist, you’ll maintain schedule autonomy while a team handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support. Provide care to individuals, couples, and families using a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes and impact. Responsibilities include actively engaging clients around clinical measures during visits, encouraging completion, and applying clinical standards of care. Remote work is supported via telehealth, with providers arranging their own office space for in-person care, and collaboration with a nationwide network of clinicians and access to CEU resources.
