Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to launch or grow a private practice via Headway’s platform. Full-time, 2nd shift in Oklahoma City, focused on accepting insurance and joining Headway’s nationwide network. Must be fully licensed (Master’s level or above with LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP licensure), possess a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance. Responsibilities include expanding private practice by taking insurance, building a stable patient flow with in-network plans, and earning via Headway’s bi-weekly payments. The posting notes Headway can’t support professionals without full licensure at this time.
