Job Summary
Counselor role in Milwaukee, WI (2nd shift) focusing on launching or expanding private practice with Headway. Build a practice by joining an insurance network, accepting in-network clients, and leveraging Headway’s platform for higher insurance reimbursement and streamlined onboarding. Requires fully licensed mental health professionals (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP) at Master’s level or above, valid NPI, malpractice insurance, and the ability to start accepting insurance. Bi-weekly payments provided; platform supports growing practices with access to national insurance networks. Must be fully licensed to apply.
