Job Summary
Counselor (Full Time, 2nd shift) with LMHC licensure sought to launch or grow a private practice through Headway. Responsibilities include enabling providers to accept insurance within Headway’s network, building stability with predictable bi-weekly payments, and helping clients access in-network coverage. Must be fully licensed (LMHC/LPCMH/LIMHP as accepted by state), possess a valid NPI number, and maintain malpractice insurance. Position requires private-practice development skills, insurance-credentialing experience, and ability to work within Headway’s nationwide network to increase patient access. Location is York, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent: LMHC/LPCMH/LIMHP licensure accepted on state basis
- Master’s level or above
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
