Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with Master’s-level licensure to launch or expand a private practice using Headway’s platform, enabling in-network insurance acceptance, higher reimbursement rates, and access to nationwide networks. Must hold LMHC/LPCMH/LIMHP licensure (state-accepted), a valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. Headway emphasizes building a private practice, growing existing practice by accepting insurance, and receiving predictable bi-weekly payments. Position requires full licensure and operates in a second shift with on-site responsibilities in Fort Worth, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling or related field
