Counselor Full Time 2nd shift

Counselor role focused on launching or expanding a private practice with Headway. Responsibilities include enabling private-practice launch, accepting insurance, growing an existing practice, and operating within Headway’s nationwide insurance network to secure higher in-network rates. Requires full licensure, NPI, malpractice insurance, and ability to accept insurance; offers stable bi-weekly payments and ongoing support to establish or grow practice profitability. Must be fully licensed and able to participate in in-network arrangements.
