Counselor Full Time 2nd shift

Role involves helping providers launch or grow their practice by joining insurance networks, enabling in-network care for clients, and securing higher reimbursement rates through Headway’s nationwide network. Responsibilities include building a stable practice, getting accepted into insurance plans, and leveraging Headway’s platform to start accepting covered clients with bi-weekly payments. Must be fully licensed; applications rejected for incomplete licensure may reapply once licensed.
