Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s degree or higher and state licensure (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP) to launch or expand a private practice. Must be fully licensed, hold a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance. Role focuses on launching/growing practice by taking insurance, joining Headway’s nationwide network, and earning through bi-weekly payments. Requires building a practice with insurance partners and serving patients in-network. Headway emphasizes onboarding licensed professionals who can work within the company’s insurance framework and private-practice model, with emphasis on private-practice setup, insurance acceptance, and scalable patient access.
Required Qualifications
