Job Summary
Counselor Full Time (2nd shift) seeking a licensed mental health professional to launch or grow a private practice within Headway’s insurance-networked framework. Must be a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor at the Master’s level or higher with LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP licensure (state-accepted), possess a valid NPI number, and have malpractice insurance. Role focuses on joining Headway’s platform to accept insured clients, build practice stability, and earn higher in-network reimbursement through access to nationwide insurance networks with bi-weekly payments. Location is Cedar Rapids, IA (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Master’s level or above with LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP licensure (accepted on a state-by-state basis)
