Counselor Full Time 2nd shift

Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join Headway network on a full-time 2nd shift. Must be a fully licensed LMHC (or equivalent such as LPCMH/LIMHP) with Master’s-level education, valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. Responsibilities include expanding or launching a private practice by taking insurance, gaining access to Headway’s nationwide insurance network, and building stability with predictable bi-weekly payments. The role supports providers in growing their practice, increasing earnings through higher insurance reimbursement rates, and delivering in-network care to clients. Headway requires full licensure for application and notes that applications may be re-submitted when licensure is complete.
