Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s degree or higher to launch or grow a private practice using Headway. Responsibilities include joining Headway’s insurance network to accept covered clients, building stability with predictable bi-weekly payments, and maintaining licensure, NPI, and malpractice insurance. The role supports providers who go in-network with Headway’s nationwide network and requires fully licensed practitioners. Location: Los Angeles, CA, US; 2nd shift; full-time position.
Required Qualifications

- Master's level or above with LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP licensure
