Job Summary
Counselor (Full Time, 2nd shift) at Headway. Build or expand a private practice by accepting insurance with Headway's platform, enabling in-network access to top plans and predictable bi-weekly payments. Must be a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor at Master’s level or above (LMHC/LPCMH/LIMHP, state-accepted), hold a valid NPI, and maintain malpractice insurance. Role emphasizes launching/growing practice with insurance networks, enabling clients to access care and increase earnings, with support for getting started quickly. Location-based role in Mesa, AZ with in-person clinical work.
