Job Summary
Counselor role on a Full Time, 2nd shift at Headway platform: help licensed mental health professionals launch or grow private practices, with the ability to accept insurance and access higher reimbursement rates through a nationwide network. Must be a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor at Master’s level or higher, with LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP licensure (state-dependent), a valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. Headway emphasizes joining the insurance network, predictable bi-weekly payments, and support for providers who go in-network. Required Qualifications
