Job Summary
Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to launch or grow a private practice with Headway. You’ll join Headway’s nationwide insurance network, enabling in-network billing and higher rates, while building a stable practice with bi-weekly payments. Must be fully licensed (LMHC or equivalent) with a valid NPI and malpractice insurance; eligible to launch or expand practice by accepting insurance through Headway. Location is Rapid City, SD; in-network work and private practice growth opportunities emphasized. Headway notes licensure must be current; if licensure is incomplete, reapply once valid.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in mental health field
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP)
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Fully licensed in relevant state (Headway requires full licensure)
