Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with Masters-level or higher and LMHC/LPCMH/LIMHP licensure, NPI, and malpractice insurance. Join Headway to launch or grow a private practice by accepting insurance through Headway nationwide network, with bi-weekly payments and focus on building a scalable, insured practice. Eligible providers should be fully licensed; application may be re-submitted once licensure is complete if initially rejected. This full-time second-shift role places you in Cleveland, OH, operating within Headway platform to connect clients with insured mental health services.
Required Qualifications
