Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with Master’s degree or higher to launch/grow a private practice using Headway platform. Responsibilities include accepting insurance through Headway’s network, increasing earnings with higher reimbursement rates, and serving covered clients in a US nationwide network. Must be fully licensed (LMHC/LPCMH/LIMHP as accepted by state), hold a valid NPI, and carry malpractice insurance. The role supports providers by enabling in-network billing, stable bi-weekly payments, and practice expansion opportunities while ensuring licensure requirements are met for network eligibility.
