Counselor Elementary School

Provide short-term individual and small group counseling, deliver classroom guidance aligned to a comprehensive school counseling program, support students' social-emotional learning and coping skills, collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success, participate in problem-solving teams (SWIT-School Wide Intervention Team), respond to student crises and provide referrals, coordinate with community agencies and outside services as needed, and maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with regulations.
