Counselor - Drug and Alcohol

Collaborate with clients and families to identify goals, improve coping skills, and promote behavior change using evidence-based techniques. Develop psychotherapy and pharmaceutical management plans alongside clients or guardians, and complete comprehensive diagnoses for each assignment. Document all clinical progress notes by Sunday night and review treatment plans at 90, 180, and 270-day intervals. Perform annual renewals, submit documentation within required timeframes, and comply with insurance carrier mandates. Communicate pertinent treatment information to multidisciplinary teams and supervisors, report abuse as needed, and maintain employee files including licensure and background checks. Full-time and part-time positions available in Idaho Falls, Rigby, Rexburg, or client homes.
