Counselor

Provide evidence-based counseling, TCM, and empowering crisis support services to patients while employing an individualized, multidisciplinary approach to care. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions in partnership with the recovery care team and clinical supervisor, making referrals to case management as appropriate. Orient patients to treatment program services and procedures, including intake and readmission, followed by several weeks of supportive counseling until a primary counselor is assigned. Ensure patient records remain up-to-date, accurate, and complete while complying with all state and company regulations for quality care and confidentiality.
