Counselor - Collegiate Academy

Provide guidance and counseling services to promote academic, social, and emotional growth for students. Collaborate with the counseling team and campus administration to develop a comprehensive guidance program, coordinate district-wide standardized testing administration and interpretation, and assist in college/career planning. Deliver guidance lessons addressing academic success, personal and social development, and postsecondary planning; support student transcripts, graduation requirements, and course offerings; maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and district curriculum; communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff; respond to crises and promote a positive learning climate. Demonstrate professional conduct, ethical behavior, and leadership in guiding students and families through educational planning and navigating district and state requirements; participate in professional development and collaborate with teachers to support student growth and success.
