Job Summary
Conduct clinical intakes, assessments, and therapy sessions fluently in English and Spanish, collaborating with clients and families to identify goals, improve coping skills, and promote behavior change. Develop psychotherapy treatment plans based on Individualized Treatment Plans, complete comprehensive diagnoses, and review client plans at 90, 180, and 270-day intervals. Document clinical progress notes by Sunday night and perform annual renewals while communicating treatment information to multidisciplinary teams and supervisors. Report abuse as needed and comply with insurance carrier requirements. Requires a valid state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) and professional fluency in both languages. Located in Idaho Falls or client homes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be one of the following: licensed psychologist, licensed psychologist extender, licensed MSW, licensed LCSW, licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, licensed Professional Counselor, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
- Be able to pass an enhanced background check
- Be able to pass a Spanish Language proficiency assessment
- Native or professional fluency in both verbal and written English and Spanish
