Job Summary
Conduct individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions as outlined in Treatment Plans while utilizing outcome measures to base treatment plans and interventions on continual client assessments. Maintain electronic and paper clinical files, complete clinical documentation within established time frames, and actively participate in weekly supervision including follow-up with recommendations. Collaborate with the team to create and update client-centered Treatment Plans, address court-related issues, and link families with specific services and resources. Achieve certification for specific treatment models, attend all required training, and discuss service utilization with supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred in a Human Service discipline from four-year accredited college or university
- experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic treatment environment
- experience working in compliance with State or contractual requirements
