Job Summary
As a Counselor in the Adult Partial Care program, you will complete clinical assessments, run therapeutic groups, maintain an individual caseload, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with a clinical team. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as competence in group work. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BSW) in the human services field such as psychology, counseling, social work, or education
- Experience working with individuals with chronic mental illness
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Pre-employment drug screening
