Job Summary
Provide comprehensive, integrated program services for addiction treatment at Carroll Institute. Responsibilities include conducting assessment and diagnostic interviews, delivering individual/family/group therapy, education, crisis management, case management, and coordinating discharge and referrals. Maintain required documentation, collaborate with local referral sources, and uphold CI values. Compensation is based on education and experience with a benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, ESL, 401k, training opportunities, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Addictions licensure (CAC/LAC preferred)
- Master's degree with LPC/LMFT/LCSW preferred
