Counselor (7144)

Manage and monitor assigned caseloads of beneficiaries in rehabilitation programs by developing individual program plans and goals. Evaluate beneficiary progress through routine meetings with clients and staff. Serve as an advocate to acquire services enabling beneficiaries to functionally cope with their environment. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in direct case management or social services, with a Certified Addiction Counselor certificate preferred.
