The Counselor provides diagnostic assessments, determines appropriateness of service, conducts intensive individual counseling, delivers educational and group counseling, documents activities and updates treatment plans for billing and compliance, participates in treatment-team discussions, and offers case management and community linkage to support clients’ recovery.
Required Qualifications
- ODADAS certification or eligibility
- State of Ohio Counselor and Social Work Board certification or eligibility
- Ohio Board of Nursing certification or eligibility
