Counselor 2026/2027

Counselor for McPherson High School (full-time) to provide guidance and counseling services to students in grades 9-12, including advocacy, individual and group counseling, career and college planning, coordination with parents, and collaboration with staff to support student growth and school goals. Responsibilities include counseling students, advising administrators on student needs, coordinating referrals to community agencies, organizing Career Day/College Night and Financial Aid Night, providing information on post-secondary opportunities, and supporting at-risk students to maintain school connection.
