Counsellor/Social Worker (FAM Woodlands)

Job Summary
Conduct intake assessments and counselling for individuals, couples, and families experiencing marital stress, including online sessions. Manage case files, facilitate case conferences with stakeholders, and identify risks in low-moderate complex cases using screening tools. Plan and lead groupwork interventions, premarital, and divorce support workshops to equip parents and children with coping skills. Provide clinical supervision to junior staff and interns to ensure service fidelity. Contribute to quality practice by evaluating activities, identifying service gaps, and facilitating internal team training. Support networking and advocacy sessions with external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Counselling
- Degree in Social Work
- At least 3 years of relevant casework / counselling experience in counselling, social work, or related work involving family, parents and children
- experience in conducting training and workshop
- Preferably clinical member of SAC
